HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

  • monthly 60-minute calls – live or virtual (12-month arrangement)
  • 2 x 90-minute strategy sessions – we’ll co-create a customized action plan to become the leader you want to be … from personal characteristics to practical actions around your vision and values, objectives, and strategies
  • a bank of “Open Door” time – 30 minutes per month to handle issues where you need immediate coaching
  • regular assessments and metrics

THE SESSIONS – MY DIFFERENTIATING FACTOR

I’ll coach you using the D.E.A.L. behaviour styles indicated in one of your assessments.

  • If you have Doer or Entertainer qualities, you love speed, bullet points and fast results.
  • If you have Analyst or Lover qualities, you want more details, time to think and digest information and a measurable process to follow.

If I use the same approach for all 4 styles my coaching will not be as effective because I need to connect and relate to YOU … your language, your words, energy and style, your way.
